Age Restriction for Ammunition Purchases
Q: Why are the bottoms of your Factory Reman brass marked black?
A: We mark the case headstamp black on 300AAC (blackout) conversions from .223/5.56 cases. This way there is another visual indicator of caliber. Its purpose is to allow users to readily identify their blackout ammo from their .223.
Q. Why are there scratches evenly spaced around the necks of your match grade .223 Remington ammunition?
A. We run a final neck truing die on the brass casings to ensure consistent neck tension. Even new brass can have slight variances in its case mouth diameter, concentricity, and case wall thickness. By performing a final neck strike prior to loading we are able to true the neck and improve accuracy and functionality. This process can and often does leave faint to pronounced marks on the neck. These are strictly cosmetic and in no way impede accuracy and/or functionality.
